How can letters and light be used to make art? Share a meaningful message with your little one as you work together to make a luminescent work of art. Peel, stick, and stamp your composition with special glow materials inspired by the artwork of Glenn Ligon!

Parents, caregivers, and organizations servicing little ones ages 2.5 to 4 are invited to the NYPL Harlem Library to enjoy art-making and other activities that encourage creative time and bonding. Session A is designed for organizations and agencies providing care for pre-school aged children.

Lil' Studio is part of The Studio Museum's inHarlem initiative, designed to explore innovative ways to work in the community while taking the Museum beyond its own walls.

Lil' Studio is free, refreshments will be provided. Pre-registration is required.
