The Studio Museum in Harlem; Harlem Postcards Project  HPC.2008.1.4

The Studio Museum in Harlem is the nexus for artists of African descent locally, nationally, and internationally and for work that has been inspired and influenced by black culture. It is a site for the dynamic exchange of ideas about art and society.

Although Studio Museum 127 is closed until further notice, a wealth of exhibitions, works from our permanent collection, education materials, and programs are available on our website. We are still here for you — offering to share a spark that might illuminate your own reading, writing, and creativity.
